Focusing

If you follow these general routine tips, you can improve your focus and productivity!

-Always work in the same place

-Work in a place facing the wall

-Work in a quiet place

-Use a planner, with specific times for tasks

-Break tasks into manageable chunks

-Listen to classical music

-(For ADHD specifically) Take Omega-3 Oil (Krill Oil) and Vitamin B6, as well as a balanced diet with plenty of protein (including multivitamins).
