Tori-class Incendiary Addon

Incendiary addon "Tori-class" for the Crossbow Mk. 3 "Olga-class"

It uses the custom "Hellmaker" round to induce thermal damage on the target, burning it. This is done with 2 matches and birthday candles. To ensure that damage occurs (instead of just bouncing off the target), there is a needle on the end, making the bolt stick to the target. The Tori-class addon is used to ignite the bolt.

Named for a close friend who once jokingly said that they had an "thermal ion ray gun".
