Pulse

First, we will start by measuring your pulse. Make sure you are calm and relaxed. Then, take two fingers and put them on the soft part of your neck until you find your heartbeat.

Using a stopwatch, count how many beats occur within 60 seconds.

The healthy range for adults is 60-100 beats per minute. If you are a trained athlete, it may be lower. Otherwise, if you have a higher or lower number, talk to a medical professional.

Okay, we are done with the pulse. Let's move on to height and weight.
